The answer is: Say all the Words!
In countless consultations with clients I hear, “My staff is just not getting it” or “I have to show them over and over how to do something”.

Do you have SOPs? Standard of Operations. Having SOPs in place can save you time and money. This gives your staff a written set of directions for them to learn how your company runs and tasks are to be completed without you having to manually show them over and over. Lacking a set of directions in your business makes this a “you issue”.
