As business owners, we often get so focused on what is going on in the business that we miss what is going on outside our business. What is changing and how we can change with it. Where can we grow our business?
As a business coach, this is one of the biggest challenges I see business owners facing. They are so consumed with staying afloat, staff, making payroll, client issues and more, that they often miss what is right in front of them. They are working so hard and fast that they have blinders on without even knowing they have them on. They didn’t mean to have the blinders on, and some don’t even know they have them on. They are just doing what they think they need to be doing to make everyone happy and keep the business going.
